APMP Courses in London
Since our first APMP course in London nearly four years ago, more has been understood about the importance of how the human mind works and its relevance to project management. Our modular version of the APMP tries to reflect some of this new research.
See this video - in it Professor Richard Wiseman, Britain's only Professor in the Public Understanding of Psychology from the University of Hertfordshire, is interviewed after speaking at the APM Project Management Conference 2013 at Kings Place in London. He talks about how a happy project manager generates luck by the way he thinks and this helps him to bring about change through his projects.
APMP Training in London
The modular format for the APMP Training in London is proving very popular and as a result of suggestions from delegates we are introducing a new version on six Fridays in January and February next year. This should prove convenient for those finding difficulty in taking a whole week off work.
We hold all our London courses in newly refurbished training rooms at Broadway House, close to St James' Park tube station; it is the headquarters of the EEF (the Engineering Employers Federation) who help thousands of companies to evolve and compete in a fast-changing world. Their members represent about a quarter of the UK’s manufacturing businesses.
“APMP is part of a structured approach for project managers to continue their development,” says Turner & Townsend’s award-winning senior project manager Sarah Bacsich .
"Four influential project and programme management professionals give their perspective on APMP, a qualification from the Association for Project Management. APMP is aimed at those wishing to achieve a broad level of project management knowledge sufficient to participate in projects from individual assignments through to large capital projects."
